The second round of “Iran Work Festival” will be held, where valid organizations will present their job opportunities.

The event will be held February 23^rd-25^th, 2020 at Iran University of Science and Technology. Creating a direct relationship between employers and employees is the goal of the event"s organizers to keep employees in direct contact with the HR managers of various organizations. This is due to the fact that the presence of different industries and organizations in the academic environment helps to form relationships between organizations and academics.

Providing an opportunity for students and graduates to experience job interviews and present internship and employment opportunities of the organizations attending the festival and possibility of sending a resume are among the other goals of the event.

Work and entrepreneurship is one of the parts of the event, where companies introduce themselves and their job opportunities. In addition, in-person interviews with industry executives, scholars and startups are another part of the event. Specialized workshops are also held to enhance the level of empowerment of individuals.

The first round of the event will be held in the presence of more than 70 organizations, including industrial and knowledge-based companies, startups and accelerators, and more than 750 occupational positions have been defined in the exhibition. The second round of the festival will be held with the goal of moving toward world standards of work exhibitions by presenting innovations.
